Hi, I’m Mollie!
I’m a somatic practitioner, teacher, and holistic guide. My work is centered around the body and authenticity.
I synthesize mystical and modern practices that honor both the unseen and the very real, very messy/beautiful lives we live.
I’m based in Brooklyn, NY and work with clients all over the world. I grew up in the Southern US, where hospitality, spirituality, and community reign supreme. These priorities inform my work and my daily life.
For the last 7+ years, I have gratefully supported creatives, seekers, and leaders in the brave processes of healing and expansion — returning to themselves, shaking off conditioning, and nourishing their nervous systems.
A lifetime of curiosity has led me to study across many traditions and modalities. I am devoted to sharing approaches that heal and inspire. I am here to remind you of your divine worth. Mostly, I believe you deserve to feel good.
Integrating many of these influences, I offer a signature approach to somatic therapy that I call Embodied Energy Work.
Creatively utilizing the tools of somatics, energy work, and nutrition science, we can reduce stressors and increase our capacity. Through an embodied approach, we’ll uncover your body’s voice of truth - a potent vehicle for healing and authentic expression.
I look forward to sharing these practices with you!
